The scouting experts at The Circuit are honoring two Syracuse basketball recruits who suit up in the Under Armour Association ("UAA") league on the AAU circuit.

Following two spring sessions in this league, The Circuit named 2026 four-star wing/power forward Quinn Costello and 2026 four-star point guard Ryan Moesch to their All-UAA third team. A huge congrats to Quinn and Ryan!

They helped lead the 17U team of the Boston-based Middlesex Magic to a 6-2 record during those spring sessions. The 6-foot-10 Costello averaged 10.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game, while Moesch tallied averages of 11.3 points, 3.4 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals per encounter.

Last month, the Orange staff offered a scholarship to Costello, who is one of the fastest-rising prospects these days in the 2026 cycle. Moesch, meanwhile, has garnered interest from the 'Cuse.

Syracuse basketball targets are playing well on the UAA circuit.

Costello is a rising senior at The Newman School in Boston. His offer sheet has blown up, growing to more than two dozen high-major programs. Over the last month, he's earned a lot of high praise from national analysts and scouts for his performances at showcases such as the Pangos All-American Camp in Las Vegas and the National Basketball Players Association ("NBPA") Top 100 camp in Rock Hill, S.C.

Not too long ago, when 247Sports updated its 2026 rankings, Costello soared. He's now No. 73 nationally, No. 13 at power forward and No. 2 in Massachusetts, according to that recruiting service.

Moesch, a Central New York native who previously starred at Chittenango High School in Chittenango, N.Y., is a rising senior at the Cushing Academy in Ashburnham, Mass. Per the Web site Verbal Commits, he holds more than 15 scholarship offers from a range of college squads.

At the time of this writing, the industry-generated 247Sports Composite placed Moesch at No. 125 overall, No. 13 at point guard and No. 4 in Massachusetts.

This past weekend was a scholastic live period, with college coaches in attendance, including the Syracuse basketball staff, at various events where prospects suited up for their high school programs.

Both Costello and Moesch were named top performers by analysts and scouts. Costello was at the Mid-Atlantic Independent School team camp in Allentown, Pa., while Moesch competed at the NEPSAC ("New England Preparatory School Athletic Council") showcase in Avon, Conn.
