Media outlet and recruiting service 247Sports, on Tuesday, updated its national rankings for the 2027 class. Numerous Syracuse basketball four-star and five-star recruiting targets are highly placed in this refresh.

To date, the Orange coaching staff has offered scholarships to at least six 2027 prospects, while the 'Cuse is showing some level of interest in other players from this cycle.

On June 15, the contact period opened, enabling Syracuse basketball coaches and their peers to begin initiating direct communication with 2027 prospects, who are heading into their junior seasons of high school. As I reported, the Orange staff has reached out to at least two dozen 2027 players since the contact period opened.
