Syracuse Basketball: 4-stars Kiyan Anthony, Sadiq White named to Jordan Brand Classic

Early next month, two Syracuse basketball 2025 signees will vie for a national championship in high school hoops. Later on in April, they will suit up in an All-America showcase.

In recent days, according to social media posts, the 26-player roster for the 2025 Jordan Brand Classic was disclosed. This All-America game will take place on Friday, April 18, at the CareFirst Arena in Washington D.C.

Two high school seniors who have been selected to the Jordan Brand Classic are 'Cuse 2025 commits Kiyan Anthony and Sadiq White Jr. The 6-foot-5 Anthony is a four-star shooting guard and a top-30 national prospect in this class. The 6-foot-8 White is a four-star forward and a top-30 national prospect in the 2025 cycle.

Recruiting services also deem Anthony, who hails from New York City, and White, who is from Charlotte, N.C., as top-10 players at their respective positions in the 2025 class. They are part of the Orange's four-member 2025 cycle, which is ranked No. 10 nationally by the industry-generated 247Sports Composite and also features four-star combo guard Luke Fennell from Melbourne, Australia, and three-star wing Aaron Womack from the Milwaukee area.

In addition to this year's Jordan Brand Classic, both Anthony and White were chosen to suit up in the Iverson Classic All-America game, which will transpire on Saturday, May 3, at the Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Va.

Anthony is a standout at Long Island Lutheran High School in Brookville, N.Y., while White in the 2024-25 season was an All-Conference performer for the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. Both programs compete in the loaded 14-team Nike Elite Youth Basketball League Scholastic ("EYBL Scholastic").

In mid-March, the 10-team field was disclosed for this year's Chipotle Nationals in Fishers, Ind., near Indianapolis. This annual event will ultimately crown a national champion in high school basketball.

The 2025 Chipotle Nationals will run from Wednesday, April 2, through Saturday, April 5, at Hamilton Southeastern High School. Long Island Lutheran and IMG were selected for this prestigious tournament.
