All of the primary recruiting services have published their final 2024 rankings, and we're checking in here on Syracuse basketball commits Donnie Freeman and Elijah Moore.

On Wednesday, 247Sports unveiled its final set of ratings for the high school senior class, putting the finishing touches on 2024 rankings among the main recruiting Web sites (247Sports, ESPN, On3 and Rivals.com).

The 6-foot-9 Freeman, a five-star power forward from Washington, D.C., had a tremendous senior season for the powerhouse IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla.

The 6-foot-5 Moore, a four-star shooting guard from New York City, was equally as impressive in the recent 2023-24 campaign while competing for the Our Saviour Lutheran School in the Bronx, N.Y., which is part of the Atlanta-based professional league Overtime Elite, operating there as JellyFam.

Via 247Sports, Freeman earned a fifth star and moved from No. 23 overall to No. 15 nationally. Moore, meanwhile, climbed four spots, from No. 55 to No. 51 across the country, according to 247Sports.

Freeman is the highest-rated commit for the 'Cuse at the high school level dating back to Carmelo Anthony, who as a freshman helped lead the Orange to the program's only national championship in 2003.

Moore is praised by national analysts and scouts for his lethal 3-point shooting, and he continues to evolve his all-around game, experts say. Currently, 247Sports places Moore as the No. 8 shooting guard nationwide in the 2024 cycle.
