Syracuse basketball headed to the Sunshine State for its latest 2026 offer.

Per his X page, fast-rising small forward Ralph Scott has picked up a scholarship offer from the Orange coaching staff. The 6-foot-8 Scott, a four-star, top-50 national prospect, is a hot commodity in the rising high school senior class.

His offer sheet is significantly growing, and Scott made a huge entrance in the latest Rivals 2026 rankings from a few days ago. Let's see if 'Cuse coaches can get him to the Hill for a visit at some point.

This past season, as a junior in the 2024-25 campaign, the Bermuda native was a standout for the varsity gold team at the powerhouse IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla. In recent years, numerous IMG players have gone on to suit up for the Orange.

Incoming freshman forward Sadiq White Jr. and rising sophomore power forward Donnie Freeman both starred for IMG's national team before joining Syracuse basketball.

It's interesting that the Orange staff has offered Scott so late in the 2026 recruiting cycle. Then again, his recruitment is just starting to blow up, so he may not be in a rush to commit to a school and sign during the early period in December.

Candidly, I don't think the 'Cuse would have offered Scott this late in the 2026 cycle if the Orange staff didn't think it had a legit shot to prevail for him.

Syracuse basketball continues to evolve its 2026 recruiting strategy.

According to recruiting services, Scott's full offer sheet includes schools such as Georgia Tech, Stanford, Oregon, Texas, Texas A&M, Houston, UNLV, Mississippi State, LSU, Wichita State, South Florida and Georgetown, among others.

In recent days, Rivals refreshed its 2026 ratings, and Scott made the biggest debut. Per Rivals, he is No. 48 overall, No. 16 at small forward and No. 5 in Florida. When I wrote this piece on Friday afternoon, via the industry-generated 247Sports Composite, Scott checked in at No. 46 nationally, No. 19 at small forward and No. 9 in the Sunshine State.

Before joining IMG, Scott played for the Warwick Academy in Bermuda. In early June, Scott was named the MVP of the 2025 Basketball Without Borders Americas camp in San Salvador, El Salvador.

Last month, Scott caught the attention of national analysts and scouts as he played at a high level for the Austin, Texas-based Jamal Shead Elite in the gold division of the Adidas 3SSB league. Following his performances in July, I came across comments from scouts stating that Scott can climb even further in the 2026 national rankings.

Syracuse basketball coaches have offered roughly 20 prospects in the senior cycle, although the Orange staff is honed in on a smaller number of recruits as the team's top 2026 targets. From a wing/small forward perspective, beyond Scott, keep an eye on five-star Alex Constanza, four-star Vaughn Karvala and four-star Maximo Adams.

Constanza officially visited the Orange last October. His dad told me via text this week that the 'Cuse remains on his son's radar. Constanza could visit the Hill a second time this fall.

Karvala unofficially visited Syracuse basketball last November and will take an official visit to the program in late September. One of Adams' AAU coaches told me around the time that he was offered by the 'Cuse in late June that Adams was interested in visiting the team; lately, though, his offer list has exploded with blue-blood suitors.
