Marley Spiers, a 2027 four-star forward/center from Tennessee, will take an official visit to Syracuse women's basketball on November 14, a source confirms to Inside the Loud House.

The 6-foot-4 Spiers, a top-70 national prospect in the high school class, recently dropped a top four of the Orange, Penn State, Southern California and Minnesota. Inside the Loud House first reported that Spiers would take an official visit to the 'Cuse in mid-November, but the date hadn't been set at the time of our initial report.

Spiers has already taken visits to Penn State and USC. She's been on a visit to Minnesota this weekend, according to reports.

Spiers attends the Clarksville Christian School in Clarksville, Tenn., near Nashville. As a junior, per MaxPreps, she averaged 12.2 points, 9.6 rebounds, 2.9 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.7 blocks per game while connecting on 61 percent from the field and 66 percent from the free-throw line.

Syracuse women's basketball will host 2027 four-star Marley Spiers on an official visit next month.

Spiers suited up for the 17U team of the Newport, Ky.-based Lady Phenom United in the Adidas-sponsored 3SSB league during the latest grassroots hoops campaign. In July, Lady Phenom United advanced to the Elite Eight of the 3SSB circuit's season-ending tournament. Spiers averaged 8.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists per contest in the most recent AAU season.

In the 2027 recruiting class, both ESPN and Rivals have Spiers in the top 70 overall. The Rivals Industry composite ratings system, meanwhile, places Spiers at No. 69 nationally, No. 7 at center and No. 3 in Tennessee.

Besides Spiers, the Orange coaching staff is in pursuit of Kaleena Smith, who is a five-star point guard and the nation's top-ranked senior. She attends the Ontario Christian School in Ontario, Calif., near Los Angeles.

The 5-foot-6 Smith took an official visit to SU this past February. In late September, Syracuse women's basketball head coach Felisha Legette-Jack conducted an in-home visit with Smith, as first reported by Inside the Loud House.

I'm told that the Orange is in the mix for her. Smith isn't expected to sign during the early period, which comes in mid-November. The regular signing period is next April.

Late last month, the 'Cuse got on the board in its 2027 cycle when point guard Josephine Pinnock verbally committed to Syracuse. The 5-foot-10 Pinnock, a standout senior at Christ the King High School in Middle Village, N.Y., chose SU over Seton Hall, Hofstra and Stony Brook.
