Three Syracuse basketball recruits in the 2026 class recently put together some big-time games for their respective high school programs.
Those Orange targets, each of whom has visited the Hill, are 2026 five-star guard/small forward Alex Constanza from Florida, 2026 five-star point guard Deron Rippey Jr. from New York City, and 2026 four-star point guard Neiko Mundey from the Washington, D.C., area.
On a national scale in the high school junior class, Constanza is a top-15 overall prospect, Rippey resides in the top 20 and Mundey is a top-55 national prospect, according to various recruiting services.
Syracuse basketball recruits balled out in recent days.
The 6-foot-8 Constanza received a scholarship offer from the 'Cuse this past January. In October of this year, he went on an official visit to the Orange. An All-American at the Westminster Academy in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., Constanza poured it on in a recent contest, according to the X account Recruits News.
Constanza tallied a ridiculous 41 points, five rebounds and five assists while hitting on 17-of-23 from the field and 6-of-12 from beyond the arc, per Recruits News.

The 6-foot-2 Rippey, who was offered by Syracuse basketball in late August of last year, took an unofficial visit to the Orange this past February, on Jim Boeheim Day. Over the weekend, Rippey's Blair Academy from Blairstown, N.J., competed in a top-flight showcase, the Scholar Roundball Classic in Worcester, Mass.
Blair, at this event, defeated two excellent foes, the Newman School from Boston and the Phillips Academy in Andover, Mass. In its closely fought triumph over Newman, according to a post on X, Rippey collected 19 points, four rebounds and three assists.
Adam Finkelstein, the director of scouting for 247Sports, was in attendance at the Scholar Roundball Classic. He wrote that the "Blair Academy showed this weekend they are capable of beating anyone on any given night."

In recent weeks, Syracuse basketball general manager Alex Kline has been on hand twice to watch Rippey, including at the annual National Prep Showcase in New Haven, Conn., held late last month.
The 6-foot-3 Mundey, a standout at the Shabach Christian Academy in Landover, Md., took an unofficial visit to the 'Cuse in late August of 2023, around which time he secured an Orange offer.
Earlier this fall, the Syracuse basketball staff was also in for Mundey during an open gym at his high school. Per a post on X from the account ELITE High School Scouting, when Shabach recently beat West Catholic Preparatory High School from Philadelphia by a final of 82-45, Mundey was fabulous, contributing 36 points.
