Syracuse basketball recruiting targets in the 2027 and 2028 classes fared well on Sunday as the annual Peach Jam tournament on Nike's EYBL circuit concluded in North Augusta, S.C., amid a live period that also wraps up on July 19.
As Inside the Loud House reported earlier on Sunday, three Orange targets in the 2028 cycle led the Philadelphia-based Team Final to a Peach Jam crown in the 16U division. Then, just a few minutes ago, a 'Cuse recruit helped guide the Orlando, Fla.-based Florida Rebels to the Peach Jam championship in the main 17U division.
In the final game on Sunday morning, the Florida Rebels beat the Dallas-based Drive Nation, 71-60. Leading the charge in this triumph was 2027 five-star point guard Cayden Daughtry, who poured in an impressive 33 points for the Florida Rebels, which went 4-1 in pool play before the knockout rounds commenced on Saturday.
Another standout for the Florida Rebels is 2027 four-star small forward Carson Crawford, who picked up a scholarship offer from the new 'Cuse staff under first-year head coach Gerry McNamara in late May, according to his Instagram page.

Against Drive Nation, per a box score provided by the EYBL circuit, Crawford logged 25 minutes, eight points, six rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal.
For the entirety of Peach Jam, as the Florida Rebels went 7-1 overall, the 6-foot-7, 180-pound Crawford averaged 7.9 points, 8.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game while connecting on 55.6 percent from the field and 75.0 percent from the free-throw line.
Per his Instagram account, besides SU, Crawford's full scholarship offer sheet to date features schools such as Cincinnati, Jacksonville, Virginia Tech, Florida State, Florida A&M, Le Moyne, Florida Atlantic, Georgia, Providence, USF, Texas A&M and Ole Miss.
He is a standout rising senior at Fleming Island High School in Fleming Island, Fla. As a junior in the 2025-26 season, Crawford averaged 17.2 points, 9.8 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.5 steals and 1.3 blocks per contest as Fleming Island went 23-9 overall and reached the title game of the Florida High School Athletic Association ("FHSAA") Class 5A state playoffs, per MaxPreps.
Within the 2027 class, the industry-generated 247Sports Composite places Crawford at No. 51 overall, No. 13 at small forward and No. 10 in Florida. Over at the industry-generated Rivals Industry Ranking, he's No. 48 nationally, No. 11 at small forward and No. 8 in the Sunshine State.
