Recruiting service and media outlet On3, earlier this week, updated its 2025 rankings of the top-150 prospects in the rising high school senior class, and we're checking in on key Syracuse basketball four-star targets as well as a recent verbal commit.

To date, per recruiting Web sites, the Orange staff has offered scholarships to more than 20 players in the 2025 cycle, although these days, 'Cuse coaches appear to be honing in on several priority targets.

What's more, last week, Syracuse basketball got on the board in its 2025 class when elite forward Sadiq White Jr. from Charlotte, N.C., verbally pledged to the Orange over other finalists Alabama, Southern California, Georgetown, LSU, Tennessee, and Texas.

Currently, the 6-foot-8 White is rated as five stars by the industry-generated 247Sports Composite, although other recruiting services place him as a high four-star prospect.
