Late last month, numerous high school prospects across multiple recruiting cycles competed at the annual Elite Camp conducted by Syracuse basketball coaches on the Hill.
So far, I'm not aware of any new scholarship offers made by the 'Cuse staff to Elite Camp participants, although offers certainly could have been made, but they aren't yet public.
In any event, those who suited up at the Elite Camp included several four-star, nationally ranked players, along with some prospects who are perhaps flying a bit under the radar but could break out on a national scale down the line.
"I love the #Syracuse program. They have top notch coaches and facilities."

Based on social media posts, and a media report this week, many of the prospects who were at the Elite Camp had a terrific experience, and some of these players are quite high on the Orange.
Fast-rising prospects have a strong interest in Syracuse basketball following the team's Elite Camp.
A few days ago, writer Saugat Sen of The Juice on Rivals published a piece where he talked to a handful of players who participated in the Elite Camp. These prospects dished out a couple of common themes.
They spoke highly of the Syracuse basketball program and its coaching staff. They said they learned a lot from Orange coaches during the event. And they enjoyed the top-flight competition at this Elite Camp.
In a recent story, recruiting analyst Charles Kang with The Juice on Rivals caught up with 2028 shooting guard Rowan Phillips, who attends Archbishop Wood Catholic High School in Warminster, Pa.
The 6-foot-4 Phillips, who competes on the AAU circuit for the Philadelphia-based Team Final in Nike's EYBL league, thinks highly of the 'Cuse program.
"I think the #Syracuse basketball program is a great program.”

I've been told that competing at this weekend's Syracuse basketball Elite Camp is talented 2028 shooting guard Rowan Phillips (@Rowanphillips_) out of @WoodBoysBball and @TeamFinalEYBL. A Philadelphia-area prospect to monitor in this class for sure! 🧡🍊🏀

Kang, in a separate column, got some thoughts from another Elite Camp participant, 2026 small forward Saxton Simley out of Gonzaga College High School in Washington, D.C.
Per a post on X, Simley currently has two college programs standing out to him, and one of them is Syracuse basketball. In the most recent AAU season, he played for the 16U squad of the D.C.-based Team Takeover on the EYBL circuit.

Three of his Team Takeover colleagues hold scholarship offers from the 'Cuse. They are 2026 four-star guard Qayden Samuels, 2026 four-star guard Prince-Alexander Moody and 2026 four-star point guard Anthony Brown.
As I detailed in a few other recent articles, some of the Elite Camp participants in the 2026 and the 2027 cycles find themselves highly ranked in the latest national ratings from various recruiting services.
This includes 2027 four-star wing Moussa Kamissoko of Trinity-Pawling School in Pawling, N.Y. Earlier this week, On3 unveiled its inaugural national rankings for this class, placing Kamissoko at No. 9 around the country.
