A prestigious annual event is taking place this week in the Sunshine State, and there are a bunch of Syracuse basketball recruits in attendance.

From June 8 to June 13, the National Basketball Players Association ("NBPA") top 100 camp is going on in Orlando, Fla., with participants being mentored and coached by current and former NBA players through training, practices, skill development and games.

Per the camp's Web site, since it began in 1994, more than 300 players who suited up at this annual event have gone on to play in the NBA.

In looking at the roster for the 2024 NBPA top 100 camp, it looks like more than a dozen prospects across the 2025 and 2026 classes who are competing this week are Orange recruiting targets.

Syracuse basketball targets are playing well at the NBPA top 100 camp.

In a first round of games on Sunday, a couple of 'Cuse recruits, and one verbal commit, went off, according to box scores and other data provided on the camp's Web site.

Kiyan Anthony, the 2025 four-star shooting guard out of New York City, holds an Orange offer and officially visited the Hill last October. In his first game at the top 100 camp, Anthony went crazy for 42 points, seven rebounds and six assists.

Sadiq White Jr., a 2025 five-star forward from Charlotte, N.C., verbally committed to Syracuse basketball over six other finalists in late May. He tallied 31 points, two rebounds and two assists.

Other Orange targets playing at this week's camp include 2025 four-star small forward Shon Abaev, 2025 four-star shooting guard Dante Allen, 2025 five-star power forward/center Chris Cenac Jr., 2026 five-star guard/small forward Alex Constanza, 2025 four-star combo guard Derek Dixon, 2025 four-star wing Ryder Frost, 2025 four-star point guard Tyler Jackson, 2025 four-star small forward London Jemison, 2025 four-star combo guard Acaden Lewis, 2026 five-star shooting guard Jordan Smith Jr., 2026 four-star point guard Deron Rippey Jr., and 2026 four-star wing Imahri Wooten.

Various of these guys also had strong games on Sunday. Abaev, for one, compiled 23 points, six rebounds and two assists. Allen had 16 points, one rebound and one assist. Cenac registered 16 points and seven rebounds.

Smith with 12 points, eight rebounds and three assists. Dixon produced 11 points, 10 assists and six rebounds.

I'll continue to monitor how all of these Syracuse basketball recruits perform over the next couple of days in Orlando.
