In July, the ACC announced the requirement of injury reports, which the league calls "availability reporting." For football games, a report is submitted two days before each conference contest, with an update the day before and on game day.

From the press release. "For each report submitted before game day, student-athletes will be designated as Available, Probable, Questionable, or Out for the upcoming game. Game Day Reports will be submitted two hours before each game. For this report, student-athletes will be designated as Available, Game Time Decision, or Out."

Syracuse football plays at Clemson in Death Valley on Saturday afternoon. The Orange is a massive betting underdog, even though the 'Cuse enters this ACC affair at 2-1, while the Tigers are a sub-par 1-2, albeit losing to ranked foes.

For the Orange, having a healthy Willis is critical. Syracuse football, to defeat Clemson on the road in a hostile environment, needs a balanced offensive attack, which will help the 'Cuse sustain drives and tire the Tigers' defense out.

Getting Grant back would also be huge. Clemson doesn't have an overly impressive run game, but senior quarterback Cade Klubnik does have the ability to sling it. The Orange needs to be on point in the secondary to succeed on Saturday afternoon.
