Boeheim's Army, the collection of former Syracuse standouts and others who are seeking to win the $2 million, winner-take-all The Basketball Tournament ("TBT"), will be without three players in its game on Thursday night in Central New York.
According to a post on X from the account TBT Stats & Info, power forward Jacorey Williams, wing Wes Johnson and power forward Chris McCullough are listed as out for Boeheim's Army. Williams competed in college for Arkansas and Middle Tennessee State, while Johnson and McCullough are former Orange players.

None of those three guys played on Tuesday evening when Boeheim's Army defeated a Seton Hall alumni squad, Hall In, by a score of 82-52 on the road in the first contest of their TBT opening round, best-of-three series.
That means Boeheim's Army will have, at most, eight players available on Thursday evening, when the teams tip off at 7:00 pm EST from the Upstate Medical University Arena at the Oncenter War Memorial.

Boeheim's Army will be missing a trio of players on Thursday night.
On the flip side, Isaiah Whitehead, arguably the top player for Hall In who missed game one earlier this week, was listed as doubtful at first on Thursday, then he was upgraded to active a few hours later.
Whitehead was a five-star guard in the 2014 prep class who held a scholarship offer from the 'Cuse coaching staff. He ultimately committed to Big East Conference member Seton Hall and played two seasons for the Pirates, earning 2015 All-Big East rookie team honors and 2016 All-Big East first-team honors. Whitehead was also named the most outstanding player of the 2016 Big East Tournament, which Seton Hall won.
Even with Whitehead available, Hall In will have to play much better to knock off Boeheim's Army on the road, considering that the Syracuse alumni team triumphed by 30 points in New Jersey this past Tuesday.
When I wrote this column, FanDuel had Boeheim's Army as a 13.5-point betting favorite against Hall In at home on Thursday, with the over/under set at 146.5 points. If Boeheim's Army wins, it moves on to the next round; if Hall In prevails, the squads will have an elimination game on Friday evening in Syracuse.
