Syracuse basketball 2024 four-star commit Elijah Moore will spend his senior year at a high school that is part of the Atlanta-based professional league Overtime Elite, and he will be joined by a four-star point guard as well as a former Orange five-star target.

Not too long ago, word broke that the 6-foot-4 Moore, one of the top shooting guards in the senior class, was transferring from Cardinal Hayes High School in the Bronx, N.Y., to the Our Saviour Lutheran School, which is also located in the Bronx and is part of Overtime Elite.

Recently, Our Saviour Lutheran has added some big-time players, including Elijah Moore. Another recent transfer there is 2024 four-star point guard Dellquan Warren. The 6-foot-2 Warren previously suited up at the Keystone Athletic Academy in Erie, Pa.

Warren, who is a top-80 national prospect in the 2024 class per several recruiting services, hails from Geneva, Ohio. He had verbally committed to Big Ten Conference member Rutgers but then reopened his recruitment in late May of this year.

Just in recent days, Warren gave a verbal commitment to Mississippi State out of the Southeastern Conference.

Syracuse basketball 2024 four-star commit Elijah Moore has joined a loaded squad in Overtime Elite.

Brian Reichert, who extensively covers high-school hoops and recruiting in New York City and throughout the Empire State, recently published an article on Warren, who he described as a “playmaking three-level scorer.”

Besides Elijah Moore and Warren, Our Saviour Lutheran also recently added 2024 five-star guard Ian Jackson to its 2023-24 roster. Jackson, who held a scholarship offer from the Orange, is verbally committed to fellow Atlantic Coast Conference member North Carolina.

Jackson and Moore were teammates at Cardinal Hayes, and they also have been colleagues on the AAU circuit competing for the Bronx-based Wiz Kids in the Adidas 3SSB league. Without question, Jackson, Moore and Warren will form one of the country’s most lethal backcourts at Our Saviour Lutheran.

In late January, Elijah Moore verbally committed to Syracuse basketball over other finalists Alabama, Arkansas, Miami and Oklahoma State. I’ve been saying for a while now that Moore is vastly underrated in the 2024 cycle, although several recruiting services do have him in the top 60 nationwide.

As a junior in the 2022-23 stanza, Moore was excellent for Cardinal Hayes, getting named to the New York state Catholic High School Athletic Association “AA” All-League first team.

In the most recent AAU season for the Wiz Kids, Elijah Moore averaged 19.6 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists per contest, while hitting on 46.3 percent from 3-point land. The Circuit named him its offensive MVP on the 3SSB circuit.

In late August, 2025 five-star point guard Tyler Jackson signed on with Overtime Elite as well after having a strong sophomore year at the Saint Frances Academy in Baltimore.

The 6-foot-3 Jackson, offered a scholarship by the Orange in late April, has said in the past that he may take an official visit to the Hill in the future, something that several recruiting analysts have confirmed to me.

In early July, Jackson helped lead the Baltimore-based Team Thrill to the 16U championship in the Under Armour Association league (“UAA”).
