It seems to me like Syracuse got all of their frustrations out on the Eagles Wednesday night. The Orange cruised to an easy victory over Boston College in a game that was over by halftime.

Now it appears this Syracuse team is started to get its groove going, and it couldn’t come at a better time. Syracuse will need to keep this momentum going as long as they can throughout this ACC schedule because they need as many wins as possible against quality opponents.

As for this game, Virginia Tech used a huge second half to come back and win in the Carrier Dome just a couple weeks ago. Now the Hokies have the chance for the sweep against Syracuse in the regular season.

I believe that Syracuse is the better team in this matchup, the only thing that scares me is that it’s on the road. I don’t care who the opponent is, winning a conference game on the road is HARD!

I think it will be a game that goes to the wire, but Syracuse will win because it just means more to them. Virginia Tech has had a great season, but this is a must-win for Syracuse, and I think they get the job done.
