Ah, the annual ‘Boeheim Bowl’ has finally arrived.

While historically Syracuse has dominated this series (93 wins to 31 losses), last year’s game was no joke.

The Orange eked out a 63-55 vs Cornell in 2018. Matt Morgan dropped 26 points (9-of-14) and was 6-of-10 from deep. While Jimmy Boeheim contributed 27 minutes: scored nine points, four assists, and recorded six boards.

It was the first matchup between Buddy and Jimmy in their respective careers as brothers on the college level. With less than eight minutes to go Cornell led the Orange and scared the living hell out of every Orange fan on the planet.

Syracuse is hoping for an easier second half this time around.

Cornell’s leading scorer so far this season is none other than Jimmy Boeheim with 15.2 points per contest. He is one of three double-digit scorers on the team.

The Big Red is in a funk and Syracuse finally seems to be rolling on all cylinders. Last year was a bit of a fluke and the Orange dominate this one: Syracuse wins 77 to 55.
