Turmarian Moreland is a fast-rising prospect in the 2027 class, and Syracuse football is among the teams standing out to the Florida-based athlete, according to Rivals.
The 6-foot-2, 185-pound Moreland is a talented defensive back/wide receiver out of Palm Beach Lakes Community High School in West Palm Beach, Fla. The Orange staff has made the Sunshine State a huge recruiting focus across its 2025, 2026 and 2027 cycles, led by head coach Fran Brown and general manager Tommy Caporale.
The 'Cuse offered Moreland a scholarship in December of last year, according to his X page. While I haven't seen anything public yet about him visiting the Hill, it wouldn't surprise me at all if Moreland is in attendance at the JMA Wireless this fall for a game-day visit.

According to a post on Facebook that I came across, Moreland was named to the Rising Stars All-South Florida freshman and sophomore teams. Here are some of his statistics via the MaxPreps Web site.

Syracuse football is in the mix for 2027 athlete Turmarian Moreland.
According to recruiting services, Moreland's scholarship offer sheet to date includes schools such as Florida State, Kentucky, Louisville, Miami, USF, Western Kentucky, Penn State and Florida. Naturally, in-state squads like the Seminoles, the Hurricanes and the Gators will be tough to beat for Moreland, although the Orange staff has done it before (hi, Calvin Russell III).
