Syracuse basketball has offered one of the top combo guards in the 2026 class.
Per his Instagram page, four-star combo guard and top-60 national prospect Katrelle Harmon, who hails from Seattle, has landed a scholarship offer from the Orange. A huge congrats to Katrelle!
The 6-foot-5, 180-pound Harmon attends the powerhouse Wasatch Academy in Mount Pleasant, Utah, which is a member of the loaded 14-team Nike Elite Youth Basketball League Scholastic (“EYBL Scholastic”).
This spring and summer on the AAU circuit, Harmon is competing for the 17U squad of the Las Vegas-based Vegas Elite in Nike's EYBL league. So far this spring, he has proven terrific for Vegas Elite, averaging 18.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game.
In late April, during the first Nike spring session in Mesa, Ariz., the experts at The Circuit named Harmon to their All-EYBL first team after he tallied averages of 24.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, and 1.3 steals per game.
Syracuse basketball has offered a top guard in the rising senior cycle.
According to recruiting services, Harmon's full offer sheet also includes schools such as Rutgers, Arizona State, Auburn, Creighton, Illinois, LSU, Mississippi State, Oregon, Oregon State, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, UNLV, Southern California, Washington and Washington State, among others.
Currently, his highest 2026 national ranking comes via ESPN, which has Harmon at No. 58 overall. Both the industry-generated 247Sports Composite and the industry-generated On3 Industry Ranking place him in the top 75 overall. He's also the No. 5 combo guard in his cycle, per the 247Sports Composite.
In the 2024-25 campaign, Harmon was a key contributor for Wasatch, which finished in a tie for first place in the EYBL Scholastic regular-season standings. Overall, the Tigers sported a 25-5 record, won a game at the season-ending Chipotle Nationals, and were ranked in the top 10 nationally by multiple media outlets.
During EYBL Scholastic play, Harmon averaged 9.08 points, 6.17 assists and 3.25 rebounds per contest while making 40 percent from the field, 36 percent from beyond the arc and 73 percent from the free-throw line.
Not too long ago, top national analyst/scout Samad Hines disclosed his super early top 25 for the 2025-26 stanza, and he put Wasatch at No. 10 around the country.
Looking ahead to his senior year at Wasatch, Harmon will go up against some top-flight foes, including teams in the EYBL Scholastic whose rosters also include Syracuse basketball recruits. They include the IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., CIA Bella Vista in Phoenix and Long Island Lutheran High School in Brookville, N.Y., among others.
