Syracuse women's basketball looks toward a second consecutive berth in the annual NCAA Tournament as the Orange's 2026-27 campaign is nearly upon us. The Orange will open things up at home against non-conference foe Sacred Heart on Tuesday, Nov. 3, at the JMA Wireless Dome.
Last season, head coach Felisha Legette-Jack and her program went 24-9 overall and 12-6 in Atlantic Coast Conference play, which was tied for No. 5 in the league standings. SU reached the second round of the 2026 Big Dance.
Sensational center Uche Izoje is back for her sophomore season. The 'Cuse 2026-27 roster will feature returnees, college transfers and incoming freshmen from overseas and the state of New York.
In the upcoming campaign, Syracuse women's basketball will play 11 non-conference games and 18 conference contests. The ACC's preseason media poll forecasts SU to finish at No. 7 in the league race.
