Yes, the father of current standout Ohio State wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. was a star for the Syracuse Orange and in the NFL.
Harrison was selected 19th overall in the 1996 draft and went on to a 12-season career with the Indianapolis Colts.
An eight-time Pro Bowler, Harrison led the league in receptions in both 2000 and 2002. Harrison was also the NFL receiving yards leader in 1999 and 2002.
With the Colts, Harrison won Super Bowl XLI against the Chicago Bears.
Harrison earned his spot in the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2016.
"I know what type of player I am and what I can do on the football field. It's just a matter of getting the ball in my hands as I go downfield and see what I can do,” Harrison famously said about his play.
