Jim Ringo. jim ringo. player. Jim Ringo. . 1953 NFL Draft. Round 7, Pick 79. 5. 827.
While he shares a name with another Starr (get it?), Jim Ringo shines bright amongst past NFL greats. The former Syracuse legend won two NFL Championships and was a 10-time Pro Bowler over his 14-year career.
Ringo was named to seven First-Team All-Pro teams and two Second-Team All-Pro teams.
The NFL honored Ringo by naming him to the 1960s All-Decade Team. He is in both the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame and the Philadelphia Eagles Hall of Fame.
