Another five-time Pro Bowler from Syracuse's program is Larry Csonka who was selected eighth overall in the 1968 NFL Draft.

Csonka won two consecutive Super Bowls with the Miami Dolphins and earned the Super Bowl MVP in 1973.

As a standout fullback in the league, Csonka had nearly 8,100 yards on the ground and 68 total touchdowns.

Over 11 seasons in the NFL, Csonka fumbled the ball just 4 times.
