Earlier this week, media outlet and recruiting service On3 updated and expanded its list of the top prospects in the 2026 class, with numerous Syracuse basketball four-star and five-star targets being highly placed.

On3, in this refresh, extended its 2026 rankings from 100 to 150 players. To date, I'm aware of at least eight prospects in this class who have received scholarship offers from the Orange staff, although it's possible that the 'Cuse isn't actively recruiting some of these players at present.

What's more, on June 15, the contact period opened for 2026, enabling college coaches to start initiating direct communication with rising high school juniors.

Since mid-June, Orange coaches have reached out to various 2026 prospects, including some who have yet to land a Syracuse basketball offer but certainly could down the line.
