Recruiting service 247Sports has refreshed its national rankings for the 2024 class, and Syracuse football four-star commit Jamie Tremble from Georgia arrived inside the top 250 across the country.

The 6-foot-4, 205-pound Tremble, a talented wide receiver/tight end, verbally committed to the Orange in mid-June. At present, the ‘Cuse 2024 class includes 18 verbal pledges and hovers around No. 50 nationally, with Tremble being the highest-rated prospect in this Syracuse football cycle.

A standout senior at The Wesleyan School in Peachtree Corners, Ga., Jamie Tremble checks in at No. 242 overall, No. 17 at tight end and No. 32 in Georgia within the latest 2024 national ratings from 247Sports.

According to both of the industry-generated ranking systems, the 247Sports Composite and the On3 Industry Ranking, Tremble is a top-450 national prospect in the 2024 cycle.

Syracuse football 2024 four-star commit Jamie Tremble is one of the top overall players in his class.

In the 2022 season, as a junior at Wesleyan, Tremble earned the Georgia Region 7-AAA offensive player of the year honors, per 247Sports. In that term, he hauled in 55 passes for 890 yards and 11 receiving touchdowns, according to MaxPreps.

If you’d like to track the performances of Wesleyan and Tremble during his senior year in the current 2023 campaign, you can do so via the MaxPreps Web site.

To date in 2023, Jamie Tremble is having another strong season. In one late September game, for example, Tremble caught eight passes for a ridiculous 201 yards and three touchdowns.

When I wrote this article, the On3 Industry Ranking had Tremble placed at No. 315 nationally, No. 21 at tight end and No. 34 in Georgia. Over at the 247Sports Composite, he was No. 403 overall, No. 24 at tight end and No. 48 in Georgia.

In late August, 247Sports director of scouting Andrew Ivins included Jamie Tremble on his list of the top 50 freakiest college football prospects, with the Syracuse football commit arriving at No. 45 in this ranking.

Per 247Sports, in high school, Tremble has also played basketball and runs track and field. He is the younger brother of former Notre Dame tight end Tommy Tremble, who plays in the NFL for the Carolina Panthers.

I’m excited to follow the rest of Jamie Tremble’s senior season at Wesleyan, and I can’t wait to see him don an Orange uniform in the future. He’s an elite talent.
