Syracuse basketball 2023 four-star priority recruit Reid Ducharme was among the top performers when Nike’s EYBL circuit in grassroots basketball recently concluded its summer session, according to experts.
The 6-foot-6 Ducharme, on the AAU tour, competes for the Boston Amateur Basketball Club, a group that didn’t qualify for this year’s Peach Jam tournament in North Augusta, S.C.
However, Ducharme and his Boston Amateur Basketball Club teammates were at Peach Jam playing against other EYBL squads that also weren’t in the main bracket.
Per media reports, the Boston Amateur Basketball Club sported a record of 5-2 at Peach Jam, and this was during a live period when Orange head coach Jim Boeheim and his assistants caught many of Ducharme’s games.
Syracuse basketball is in the unofficial top three for guard Reid Ducharme.
A rising senior at the Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, N.H., Reid Ducharme totally went off at Peach Jam. According to theseasonticket.com, he averaged 21.6 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.4 steals per affair.

For the Boston Amateur Basketball Club, Reid Ducharme produced numerous outputs of 20 or more points at Peach Jam, including one 42-point explosion.
"The Rivals.com analyst wrote in part, “Ducharme showed the ability to get hotter than anyone else at Peach Jam at the drop of a dime. When his shot was falling, he was liable to hit a handful in just a few minutes.”"
Offered a scholarship by the ‘Cuse coaching staff a year ago, Ducharme has taken recent official visits to the Hill, Penn State and Xavier.
Those are likely his three biggest suitors, although Pro Insight director of scouting Andrew Slater did say in a recent tweet that Ducharme is open to new schools.

While some recruiting services presently rate Reid Ducharme inside the top 100, given his Peach Jam play and other recent AAU performances, I’d imagine that he might vault into the top 75 within the 2023 class, if not higher.
