Syracuse basketball fans were gifted with some tremendous games from the men in Orange this past season. Looking back, these were the best of the best.

Even though it was an up-and-down year for Syracuse basketball, there was no shortage of big games from some of the most talented guys on the team. The honorable mention list could go even further, but I decided to look back at the top five individual games from the season.

For some more context, this list could be dominated by Buddy Boeheim, because when he caught fire, he lit up the scoreboard like no one else. Quincy Guerrier also had a really impressive 18 point and 16 rebound game in an Orange win over Northeastern, but I tried to add a bit more importance to meaningful games, rather than great stats against a subpar opponent.

With that being said, there are two games against mid-major opponents on the list, but you’ll see why I decided to include them.

So here’s one last hoorah for all of the clutch moments, scoring outbursts, and double-doubles on the season, and a look at the games that will really be remembered.
