Let’s have a look at where Syracuse basketball prospects reside in the Prep Hoops national ratings for the 2023 recruiting cycle.

Syracuse basketball is already quite busy doling out scholarship offers and showing interest in high-school sophomores around the country who are in the 2023 recruiting cycle.

The Orange’s list of targets includes many players who are in the Prep Hoops national rankings for this class, and we examine where these prospects have landed for the time being.

Elijah Fisher, a five-star wing with Crestwood Preparatory College in Toronto, Ontario, is one of the premier players in this cycle. Prep Hoops places him at No. 4, and the Orange offered Fisher in late July.

The ‘Cuse has shown interest in Aaron Bradshaw, a power forward/center with Roselle Catholic High School in Roselle, N.J. He is No. 19, according to Prep Hoops.

The first offer that Syracuse basketball made in the 2023 recruiting cycle went to point guard Aden Holloway from the Covenant Day School in Matthews, N.C. Holloway is No. 23.

Point guard Rodney Gallagher, also a football star at Laurel Highlands High School in Uniontown, Pa., has received interest from the Orange coaching staff. He is No. 25, per Prep Hoops.

Four-star power forward G.G. Jackson, whom Syracuse basketball offered in August, is No. 39. Jackson attends Ridge View High School in Columbia, S.C.

Lawrent Rice, a combo guard with Wayne High School in Huber Heights, Ohio, is No. 61 in the Prep Hoops ratings. The ‘Cuse has reached out to him.

Checking in at No. 70 is Robert Dillingham, a four-star guard from the Combine Academy in Lincolnton, N.C. The Orange has made contact with him. Dillingham’s Combine Academy teammate, Mehki Grant, is No. 99, and he has heard from Syracuse basketball.

Finally, four-star guard Jacoi Hutchinson, who is receiving interest from the ‘Cuse and competes for DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Md., is No. 124.

Another 2023 guy whom Syracuse basketball recently offered, wing Gavin Griffiths with the Kingswood Oxford School in West Hartford, Conn., is not presently ranked by Prep Hoops.
