Syracuse football, which got crushed by North Carolina this past Saturday, fell from No. 12 to No. 15 in our weekly ACC power ratings.

Syracuse football, after its 31-6 loss to then-No. 18 North Carolina over the weekend, unfortunately heads to the basement in our weekly Atlantic Coast Conference power rankings.

The Orange defense did its part for much of the game against the Tar Heels, but the ‘Cuse couldn’t get anything going on offense, both on the ground and through the air.

This Saturday, Syracuse football has another noon ACC battle on the road, this time against Pittsburgh from Heinz Field. Here’s how the league shapes up at this juncture.

1. Clemson
The Tigers, ranked No. 1 in the AP and Coaches top-25 polls, took care of business at Wake Forest, 37-13. Clemson star junior quarterback Trevor Lawrence, the favorite to claim this year’s Heisman Trophy, did his usual thing, throwing for 351 yards and a touchdown, while also scoring two rushing TDs.

2. North Carolina
We know what UNC did this past weekend. Let’s move on.

3. Notre Dame
The Fighting Irish, in its inaugural bout as a full-time ACC football member, beat Duke at home, 27-13.

4. Louisville
The Cardinals didn’t look overly impressive but still managed to best Western Kentucky, 35-21, in Nashville, Tenn.

5. Pittsburgh
The Panthers torched Austin Peay, 55-0, at Heinz Field.

6. Miami
The Hurricanes didn’t have much of an issue in defeating UAB.

7. Georgia Tech
The Yellow Jackets stunned Florida State, 16-13, at Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee, Fla.

8. Virginia Tech
The Hokies have yet to play.

9. Virginia
The same goes for the Cavaliers.

10. Duke
The Blue Devils hung relatively close with Notre Dame on the road.

11. N.C. State
The Wolfpack had a bye.

12. Boston College
So, too, did the Eagles.

13. Wake Forest
The Demon Deacons got smoked by Clemson.

14. Florida State
The Seminoles losing to Georgia Tech at home is the surprise of the week in the ACC.

15. Syracuse
Yuck.
