Well besides Syracuse winning a game in an unlikely matchup vs North Carolina, it’s been a crazy 24 hours in sports because of the coronavirus. The ACC Tournament will continue on without fans in the stands for obvious safety reasons, but I’m willing to go a step further.

I am honestly shocked that the NCAA isn’t stopping all conference tournaments and March Madness. The NBA (professional athletes) will not be playing basketball or traveling because of the virus, but we are going to allow the college kids to travel around on planes and play in tournaments for the next couple weeks? This is terrible!

The NCAA is really showing its true colors with this one. If they don’t cancel March Madness, it will be clear that they really don’t care about their student-athletes.

As for the game against Louisville, I must start out by saying I will be shocked if this game is even played. But if this game is played, I like Syracuse’s chances of winning.

The Orange really impressed me in that win against UNC, besides for Joe Girard not being able to throw the ball in the ocean. Louisville is a team clearly in the tournament, and I feel like they may not bring their full intensity because of the circumstances around the game.

As we know, every game from here on out is a playoff game for Syracuse. They will win tonight if they don’t let Ryan McMahon shoot wide-open three-pointers.

Final score
Syracuse 76 Louisville 74
