Syracuse Basketball: Game time, TV, Radio vs Miami Hurricanes

Syracuse Basketball plays regular-season finale versus Miami Saturday afternoon. Inside The Loud House tells you how to watch and listen to the game.
Syracuse basketball finally made it to the last game of the regular season. In a season that has given us extreme highs and lows, it almost feels right that the season should come down to playing on the road versus an opponent that like Syracuse has struggled all year.
Miami, like Syracuse, is well-coached, but just couldn’t get anything going this year to be among the ACC’s elite. Both teams come in with little to play for other than pride and the chance to improve their ACC tournament seeding. On Saturday afternoon, Syracuse will play at Coral Gables with the chance at one last win before the regular season ends and judgment begins.
Syracuse knows their NCAA resume is not even close to the bubble. Sure their record is similar to bubble teams, but it lacks key wins. This their only real opportunity for a chance at March Madness is winning the ACC Tournament which is a rash tall task.
That’s not to say Syracuse can’t do it, it’s just a really hard path considering how Syracuse has played so inconsistently this year. They had enough depth to keep up with most teams to start the season, but injuries and redshirts, unfortunately, took their toll.
Syracuse basketball coach Jim Boeheim had to find new ways to use his freshman and sophomores to surround rising star, Elijah Hughes. He did the best he could considering they still have a lot to learn. If anything, Syracuse fans should be happy knowing those players got so much experience this year that it should carry over well to next year.
So what should we expect?
In the meantime, Syracuse takes on Miami in the road in the present: a team but much like Syracuse. They have a few key veterans and a lot of youth. They have talent, but can’t seem to find ways to win on the court together. Miami beat the bottom of the pack in the ACC while the Orange are closer to the top, even though only a few games separate their records overall.
This is a game that will be tighter than it appears. I think both teams are similar in talent and for awhile it may be close. Ultimately though, this looks likes game Miami will once again give away due to their perimeter defense.
Syracuse likes to shoot the three-ball. When they hit those shots consistently, they can beat anybody and I think this is a game where they will and or Miami away in the second half led by Elijah Hughes and Buddy Boeheim.
We should also expect Bourama Sidibe to have a decent game on both sides of the ball as Miami’s interior isn’t solid and he has enough height to possibly get a double-double or something close to it.
Considering all this, the Orange should definitely be the odds-on favorite in this one, even though it’s a road game. Here’s how the margin looks according to the Action Network:
