Syracuse Basketball plays its 30th game of the season versus Boston College Tuesday night. Inside The Loud House tells you how to watch and listen to the game.

Syracuse basketball had a crushing loss against North Carolina last Saturday. That loss officially popped the idea of an at league bid to the NCAA tournament. That doesn’t make the last few regular-season games unimportant though. Starting with Boston College, the Orange needs to get on a roll and carry that into and through the conference tournament to earn the ACC’s automatic’s bid.

That being said, the Orange beat Boston College handily just over a month ago and are hoping for a similar result in the road this time around. The Eagles are no slouch though. They can hang with anyone in the ACC, but they have had trouble winning against the top half of the league which is where Syracuse currently stands (surprisingly).

So what should we expect?

We should expect this Syracuse basketball team to come out with a point to prove. Coach Jim Boeheim knows his team came out flat last game and had trouble keeping North Carolina from hitting threes. We should expect them to clean up their perimeter defense and come out sharper on offense.

Also, since the Eagles have less height to match up against Syracuse, the Orange should get more shots inside which should give the Orange an advantage as well.  If guards Elijah Hughes and Buddy Boeheim don’t play well though against BC’s guards it could be a long game. The Orange need both of them to play well every night otherwise the offense doesn’t go. When those two hit shots, it opens up opportunities for others.

Considering all this, the Orange should be favored in this one, even though it’s on the road. Here’s how the margin looks according to the Action Network:
