For the first time this year, we had someone on our site in these very predictions you’re reading right now throw a perfect game.

YES, IT WAS ME!

For the Syracuse vs Oakland game, I predicted a 74-62 win for the Orange and that’s exactly what we got. If you don’t, believe me, you can confirm by looking back at the article here.

So why am I bringing all of this up? Because some of us on this site give predictions and others give spoiler alerts. I’ll allow the reader to determine which writer is providing what.

Now onto the latest prediction or (cough, cough) spoiler alert.

As we’ve said before wins in the next two games (vs North Florida and vs Niagara) should be a given. Although it didn’t appear that way vs Oakland earlier this week.

This Ospreys team is even more dangerous than the Golden Grizzlies one that entered the loud house on Wednesday.

North Florida is one of the most potent offenses in the entire country. They average over 80 points per contest, have five players who nearly average double-digit points per game, and overall are lethal from downtown.

One way teams have beaten the 2-3 zone in the past is with consistent shooting and North Florida has the ingredients for a potential upset. Couple that with Syracuse’s struggles themselves this season and you’re ripe for an upset.

I’ll lean on Syracuse finding a way because they have no other choice if they want to go back to the NCAA tournament.

I’ll take Syracuse in a shootout: 79-75.
