Syracuse football will play its final home and regular-season game on Saturday vs Wake Forest. Here are our full crystal ball predictions for the contest.

On this holiday weekend, Syracuse football fans are left with a sour taste in their mouths. After enjoying a scrumptious 10-3 campaign in 2018, Orange fans have experienced a horrid nightmare in 2019.

The harsh reality is Syracuse won’t be going bowling this winter. The squad is 4-7 and has lost five of their last six games. This means this ACC tilt vs Wake Forest on Saturday at noon will be the final game of the season.

While on the other side of the coin, Wake Forest is playing for something much more. The Demon Deacons are 8-3 and are vying for a bid in the Orange Bowl, something Syracuse fans dreamed of this offseason.

Obviously based on the records in this game, Wake Forest is a heavy favorite in this contest. According to the ESPN FPI Analytics, Wake is a 57.9 percent favorite to win and that translates to a 3.5 point spread for the Demon Deacons.
