So in Central New York, we are unconventional. We wear shorts in the winter, eat Dinosaur BBQ and eat little potatoes that people in the Salt City call salt potatoes.

In keeping with that spirit, we schedule our tune-up game after we play the National Champions. Where most of the Power 5 schools schedule ham and eggers we schedule a team that has only lost one game in almost three years.

But don’t confuse this game for what it is a tune-up game. A time for the Orange to fix what ails them prior to jumping in the deep end of ACC play. There is some momentum to build on as we started to see flashes of brilliance and potential from our squad against Western Michigan.

But now is the time to play a complete game and get the Orange Is The New Fast offense refueled.

I expect a dominating performance from our defense and Tommy DeVito to demonstrate why he was a four-star recruit.

The Orange will win and win big (they will even cover the 38.5 point spread). Final score 56-0. Be Loud, Be proud, Be Orange.
