Ahead of the Syracuse football contest vs the Clemson Tigers in Week 3. Here are the top 5 things you need to know about SU’s opponent before Saturday.

This is the game everyone has been talking about since the schedule was released several months ago. Syracuse football coming off of an amazing 10-3 year. While the Clemson Tigers won the National Championship in dominating fashion.

Although the Orange almost crashed the party with their near second straight victory over the Tigers in Death Valley, The Tigers survived and carried that momentum throughout 2018.

Some of the wind was understandably taken out of the sails after the Orange suffered a disappointing loss to the Maryland Terrapins in Week 2 (63-20).

While on the other side of the coin, the Tigers did what they were supposed to by dismantling both Georgia Tech and Texas A&M in the first two weeks of the season.
