The Syracuse Basketball team plays their 31st game of the season against ACC opponent Clemson on the road Saturday afternoon. Inside The Loud House lets, you know how you can watch and listen to the game.

Syracuse basketball has finally made it to its last regular season game. They played decently in conference beating just about everyone they should beat and picking up two quality wins: Duke and Louisville. They didn’t slay giants North Carolina, Virginia or Duke (a second time), but they will finish in the middle part of the league which is not bad considering how the season started. Now they have one final opponent before the ACC tournament starts and that’s fellow bubble team Clemson on the road.

The Orange beat Clemson 61-53 earlier in ACC play at home and looked pretty comfortable doing so even though it wasn’t a blowout. Now the Orange will have to play the Tigers on their court which is a must-win for both teams.

Syracuse basketball is a little safer than Clemson in terms of the bubble, but that means the Tigers will probably fight even harder to pick up a win that looks favorable against another fellow bubble team. The Orange will need to answer that motivation with some of their own and hopefully, that will be enough to sneak out with a win.

The Orange will need to look out for Marcquise Reed, a senior guard for Clemson that is averaging 19.3 points and 3.0 assists per game. He is a capable, knock down shooter that can easily get to the basket but can also distribute well to the perimeter if he’s met with great defense inside. That kind of player is dangerous for Syracuse’s 2-3 zone.

The good news for the Orange is that their defense has played very well its’ last few games. If they can just get Tyus Battle, Oshae Brissett, and some combination of Buddy Boeheim/Elijah Hughes going from outside as well, then the Orange should win this game. The Orange seem to be more talented and deeper than the Tigers, but if we know anything about ACC road games that doesn’t always matter. In ACC play, anything can happen.
