Before you watch an ACC clash between the Syracuse basketball squad and the North Carolina Tar Heels. Here’s what you need to know heading into this one.

On paper, this appears to be a David vs Goliath matchup between the Syracuse basketball squad and the North Carolina Tar Heels. The ESPN BPI analytics suggest that UNC is an 89.9 percent favorite and according to Vegas that equals a 12 point spread.

Over the last six games, Syracuse has alternated wins and losses. The up and down nature is the epitome of what’s been going on the hill. While on the other side North Carolina has been a tad more consistent.

UNC has won 10 of their last 11 games and during that stretch, North Carolina has taken out four top-25 foes including No. 16 Florida State, No. 1 Duke, No. 15 Louisville, and No. 10 Virginia Tech.
