With the Syracuse basketball squad set to face off against the Florida State Seminoles on Tuesday night, here are the five things YOU NEED TO KNOW!

After experiencing an oddity in the ACC scheduling department with three straight road games, the Syracuse basketball team will enjoy a slice of reprieve. Four of the next five games will be played in the lovely confines of the Carrier Dome, including their next matchup vs the Florida State Seminoles.

FSU is 2-3 on the road this season and have proven they can be rattled if you punch them in the mouth at the beginning of those contests. Although the Seminoles are red hot, winners of three straight and are looking for their fourth straight conquest.

A quick breakdown of the numbers:

  • FSU averages five more points per game than SU.
  • Orange allow five less points per game than Seminoles.
  • Most other metrics are nearly identical between these two clubs: field goal percentage, rebounds per game, assists per game, blocks, and steals per game.
