The Syracuse basketball squad will renew their rivalry with the Georgetown Hoyas on Saturday afternoon in the Carrier Dome.

Two red hot teams will be facing off in the loud house on Saturday when the Syracuse Orange (6-2) and the Georgetown Hoyas (7-1) square up in the middle of the ring. Both teams are in the midst of four game winning streaks and will be looking to add another skin to the wall.

The Hoyas are led by Jessie Govan a versatile center who averages nearly 20 points per contest. He is one of two double digit scorers for Georgetown. While Syracuse has three double digit scorers on their squad heading into this pivotal matchup.

Could this be the last time we see this rivalry? This game on Saturday currently is the last game scheduled between the two teams but there’s a sense of optimism that both sides will come to terms on more games in future, but that’s yet to be determined.
