Prediction: Syracuse wins 110-70

The patented Boeheim Bowl! We have Jim Boeheim at 74 years old coaching the Orange. Buddy Boeheim is playing for his father in his inaugural season with Syracuse. Then Jimmy Boeheim in his sophomore season at Cornell.

Obviously history is very much on the Orange’s side in this series, but it has all kinds of extra intrigue with all these Boeheims involved.

I spoke with Juli Boeheim earlier this week on my sports talk radio show (you can listen to the full interview above) about her work with the Salvation Army in Syracuse and her thoughts on what she wants to see on Saturday between Syracuse and Cornell.

Spoiler alert, she wants to see Jimmy score 50, Buddy score 50, with Syracuse winning the game. If we saw a game like that then this game is going to be 110-70. That may be a bit ridiculous, but why would I disagree with the matriarch of the Boeheim family? I’ll ride with her prediction.
