Prediction: Syracuse wins 86-53

Buddy and Jimmy both drop 50 respectively and Syracuse wins. That’s what Juli Boeheim wants, but sadly it won’t happen.

All jokes aside, Jimmy could have a decent game for Cornell, and if Buddy sees time, it would be a great game for him to breakout of his shooting slump.

Realistically, I see an Orange team that seems very rejuvenated, winning by at least 25 points. I expect to see very good defense after a performance that only allowed Ohio State 62 points. It’d be hard pressed to see Cornell scoring that much.

On the offensive side, Battle and Brissett are both coming off of pretty good games, and I expect that to continue. They will need to play good to win big games, such as Georgetown next week, but games against teams like Cornell are big in helping a team gel offensively.

Overall, Cuse will need to get out on the Cornell shooters. If they do that, the Orange will easily improve to 5-2 on the season. If they have a lackluster offensive performance, it may be a closer game, but nonetheless, Syracuse should have the dub.
