Syracuse Football: Predictions for season finale vs Boston College

Prediction: Syracuse wins 35-20

This game prediction will come down to who lines up behind center. Despite some of my colleagues opinions, Tommy DeVito is not ready to replace Eric Dungey never mind fill his Jordan’s.

I will move forward with this piece assuming that our team will be led by one of the greatest QBs in ACC history. The Orange play better on both sides of the ball with their Senior QB.

BC is a tough team that comes in at 7-4. They are a 7 point favorite at home versus the Orange. AJ Dillon, the BC running back who ran roughshod over Cuse at home last year comes in hobbled by a high ankle sprain that he has been playing with the past several weeks.

Dino Babers likened this rivalry to West Side Story with the OITNF of course being a Jet. As long as the defense holds AJ Dillon in check these Eagles are not Shark.

Despite the thumping the Orange and their faithful took last week, they will rebound and win this game. They once again prove the ESPN game predictor wrong who gives BC a 62% chance of wining.
