Syracuse Football: Behind Enemy Lines with Boston College 247
3. What other weapons does Boston College possess on offense and who could make some noise Saturday? Also defensively what do the Eagles bring to the table?
"On offense, Boston College possesses a few dynamic weapons. Starting at running back, backup running back Travis Levy is a very different runner than Dillon. He is shifty with great top end speed and is a great pass catcher. At receiver, Kobay White gives you a consistent downfield threat who can make big plays at big moments, and senior wide receiver Jeff Smith is capable of turning short passes into huge gains while utilizing his elite speed. At tight end, Tom Sweeney is a great combo blocker and receiver and is one of the nation’s best tight ends. And finally, Boston College possesses one of the nation’s best offensive lines. On defense, Boston College is loaded with some of the nation’s most talented players. Senior Defensive End Zach Allen might be the best defensive linemen in the country while fellow defensive end Wyatt Ray is an elite speed rusher. At linebacker, senior Connor Strachan projects as a mid-round draft pick this year while sophomore’s Max Richardson and Isaiah McDuffie are emerging as future stars. At corner, junior Hamp Cheevers leads the nation in interception while redshirt freshman Brandon Sebastian has gotten better every week. And finally, at safety, Boston College might have the best duo in the nation, with seniors Lukas Denis and Will Harris both projecting to the NFL Draft next year."
