Prediction: Syracuse wins 72-58

Syracuse gets back in to the winning column with a dub over upstate rival Colgate, but it won’t come easy.

Unless Frank Howard is magically available, the offense will most likely continue to struggle in bits and pieces, against a Colgate team who isn’t half bad, and can defend a bit.

Colgate is 4-1 on the season, with good wins over Monmouth and Cornell, proving that they may be able to test Syracuse. However, (praying) Oshae Brissett should be able to dominate with his versatility, allowing for other players like Jalen Carey and Buddy Boeheim to potentially have decent games.

I don’t see all the defensive and offensive issues being fixed. It is something we would all love to see happen overnight, but it seems like a couple week process. Regardless, the Orange get to 3-2 with a week off before a huge game at Ohio State.
