A Thanksgiving treat with the Syracuse basketball squad hosting Colgate on a Wednesday night in the Carrier Dome before the holidays.

Syracuse sports should never go back to New York City. What an ugly showing for the Syracuse basketball squad vs UConn and Oregon. Those were two opportunities to pad the resume for the Orange moving forward and they flopped.

At the beginning of the season many pundits had Syracuse at a minimum as a final four team and many had them cutting down the nets in Minneapolis. Now the Orange aren’t even in the AP top-25 anymore.

How will Syracuse respond? We’ll see Wednesday night in the Carrier Dome vs the Colgate Raiders. The Raiders shouldn’t pose any serious threat to the Orange, but with the way they’ve been playing you never know.
