Here’s five burning questions with Slap the Sign (Notre Dame affiliate). Can the Syracuse football squad add another upset to their resume?

The Syracuse football team isn’t making the College Football Playoff. Even if the Orange beat Notre Dame and Boston College (two top 25 teams) to end their season, they wouldn’t make it.  While the Irish if they win out, they’re assuredly in the College Football Playoff.

Dino Babers has openly called this game a ‘freebie’, that’s certainly NOT the case for the Irish. This team has everything to lose, while the Orange are hoping to add another upset to the resume.

In a game featuring two explosive offenses on a huge stage at Yankee Stadium, this should be one for the ages. Both sides also feature explosive quarterbacks in Eric Dungey and Ian Book, this should be a game where you likely take the over, regardless of what it is.

To get a better scope of this matchup, we sat down with ‘Slap the Sign’ who is our FanSided sister network covering all things Notre Dame. Site Expert JP Scott answered five burning questions heading into this game for our weekly ‘Behind Enemy Lines’ segment, enjoy!
