Syracuse wins 48-20.

Going into their matchup with the one-win North Carolina Tar Heels on Saturday, everything seems to be leaning toward a win for the Orange.

Thanks to their bye, Syracuse has had about two weeks to prepare for Saturday’s game. The matchup will also be taking place inside the Carrier Dome, a venue where the Orange are unbeaten this season.

North Carolina has one of the worst offenses in the nation this year as they have finished with 20 points or more in a game just once in five matchups.

The Tar Heels’ defense isn’t that great in 2018 either. They’re giving up almost 200 rushing yards per game and three of North Carolina’s five opponents this season have scored at least 35 points.

With that being said, Syracuse should not have a hard time coming away with a win on Saturday unless something drastic goes down.

Expect a big day on the ground from the Orange offense with senior quarterback Eric Dungey and junior running back Moe Neal leading the attack. Two touchdowns apiece doesn’t seem too crazy of a thought to have.

On the defensive side of the ball, Syracuse’s pass rush will pick up right where they left off and terrorize the Tar Heel’s offensive line all afternoon long. The pressure from their defensive line will allow the Orange to finish Saturday with at least four sacks and three turnovers.
