This season to date has gone exactly as I predicted. As we approach the halfway point it has been quite a roller coaster. Our game this week is not an exception. Pittsburgh may be the biggest challenge we face to date.

By that I mean we are evenly matched and this one is going to be a dogfight. The Panthers bring a 2-3 record on the year with some tough opponents having played Georgia Tech, North Carolina and Penn State. Like the Orange they have won the games that they should have and with the exception of the Penn State game were in every game.

The Panthers are a balanced offense with a fairly even split of the run/pass.The defense has improved from last year and we will struggle to run the ball. Overall I have the Orange improving their record to 5-1 and get the momentum for the ‘Quest for 6’ back on track. Final score 34-21
