2. Who are the straws that stir the drink for this team on offense and defense?

On offense, they mostly go as Pickett goes, but that’s not always a good thing. If they can get the ground game going, both seniors Qadree Ollison and Darrin Hall can do damage. Defensively, rangy end Rashad Weaver is the most disruptive player, but that’s not saying much for a team with four sacks in its past four games. Pat Narduzzi often calls senior Quintin Wirginis one of the best middle linebackers he’s ever coached, and Wirginis certainly does find the ball often from that spot.
