Give us a brief synopsis of how this season has played out so far, what has went right and what has went wrong.

"Before the season, given the inexperience that everyone knew this team had coming in, a 1-2 record was the hope after three weeks. The first two games were against Top-25 teams in UCF and Boise State, and then the third game of the year was against an FCS opponent. Was it expected they would be outscored 118-24 in those first two games? No. Was it the hope they’d need a last-minute TD against University of Rhode Island to win a shootout, 56-49? No. Having said that, the team can really rally around the fact that they are 1-2 and their offense has looked even better than it could have hoped entering the year."
